3 types of eating

Heres a download on the differnt ways/reasons why we eat. As we evolve as spiritual beings we eventually have no need for eating, we tap into source energy and that feeds all of our creation. On this journey towards this place i see 3 types of eating going on right now for everyone here on the planet, all are perfect and part of the human experience. Eating for nourishment, eating for experience, and programmed eating. Eating for experience and nourishment require at least some concious effort, programmed eating is unconcious until realised. Raw food eating using super foods can be a very nourishing experience as long as it is done conciously and not just because someone told you too. Concious eating is making love to your food, experiencing the food and your self as one. Eating for experience is concious eating, but the food is not chosen for its nutritional benefits, its all about giving yourself an experience of the world you live in, embracing and loving he human experience wholly will set you free from it. Experiences that you withhold from your self will be an anchor to your rising soul.. Concious eating is free of judgements and right and wrongs. Allowing your self to explore food as a way to find and free yourself from judgements is a high form of eating. I recccomend using food as a form of self exploration not self control!
Programmed eating is a result of unconciousness. Its eating things just because, and not looking deeper into why. We have been programmed by the powers that be not to question why we do things the way we do them. I see two types of food cravings. One is a craving that is a program that we run to avoid feeling feelings. Its a reach outside of the self for happiness. This never works and performed just makes whatever is going on worse and no healing. The second craving fufilled is a performance of self love. In this case you start off feeling really good, and the fulfillment is a healing experience involving the elements of the food craved being allowed in and become one with. What the food is does not matter so much, its the experience that matters. Any type of food can be eatin in an unconcious or concious way, the most expensive superfoods will lack the positive qualities if eatin without love or awareness.
Please feel free to respond with your insites to this topic and i will add more as i have the time.

Some great thoughts there and a solid reminder of the process of eating. It's something we often forget. Something to note on this comment...

In light of your otherwise positive message, I think you would do well to drop this type of thinking from your dialog. However innocuous we may judge this train of thought to be, it is responsible for all manner of eating dysfunction and actually breeds the opposite results your message intends - a sense of victimization and helplessness.

We aren't helpless. We aren't victims. We take responsibility for what we put into our bodies, even if somewhere along the way we tacitly agreed to give away that responsibility to what we perceived to be a higher authority. It's unconvincing to subjugate ourselves and then claim victimization.

Your message advocates taking responsibility and consciously making decisions about your nutritional intake. And I believe nutrition as a whole is far more than just corporeal sustenance. In equal portion must our spiritual and emotional beings be sustained in order that we might find the conscious will to positively maintain somatics.

I never thought of it that way. I couldn't of have found a better explanation of the types of eating. Now the way i think and eat will be saturated with this incredible information. THANKS!
